Such a nice apartment complex. By far the nicest apartment interiors in the Jacksonville area. We had a touring with Aubree Roden. She was great, knowledgeable and was so helpful through the touring process. I'd highly recommend checking the Aventon Highgrove out.

Im going to start off by saying I love our home. Thank you Joan your are amazing. We had looked at a lot of apartments you made our move so easy. When ever I come to the office you are so friendly always have a smile and treat me like family. Paul and I love our home

Really appreciate so many things that have been done for us and that this place offers! We didnt had the best experience in another place before and coming here, makes life easy again! Its clean, new, thoughtful and a higher standard than most! The ladies (and man lol) in management are SO sweet and always helpful! Really happy to be part of this community!
